the Roll Call entries.

The cost per calendar is
$15.95 for purchases or reservations made on or before October 31 of each year. The cost per calendar is $19.95 for purchases
or reservations made after October 31 up until the date of publication.

ships/squadrons will be included under Primary Ship (1)
